Insurance Final Notice Letter
Hello Owners at RiverWalk,
Please take note of below, review your insurance policies and forward to the Management Team by August 1,2025.
Per the Master Deed & Bylaws: Owners will need to carry the correct HO Insurance Policy with 100% coverage replacement. Master Deed Section 10, sub section 10.1, Owners Insurance. Also, owners will need to have their Agents forward a Certificate of Insurance to the Property Management Team at this email.
